GR LearnPro Onboarding Plan
Whether you’re a new or existing Grade Results (GR LearnPro) partner, our goal is to ensure a smooth and effective implementation tailored to your school, district, or organization.
The GR LearnPro Onboarding Plan guides you through five key stages to get your platform fully set up and ready for use: Setup, Confirm, Provide, Roster, and Launch.
Once onboarding is complete and your staff and students are successfully rostered, our team will support you in maximizing the platform throughout the academic year.
1. Setup
Collaborate with your Grade Results team to define a solution that aligns with your organization’s academic and operational needs. This includes selecting the appropriate products, features, and implementation approach.
2. Confirm
Review and confirm your onboarding configuration as captured in your district’s Implementation Form which will be provided by the Grade Results team. This includes:
Selected products and features
Rostering method (SIS sync or manual)
Schools and users included
Program Type and Gradebook
Grading Scale
For new customers or expanded implementations, a short onboarding session will be scheduled to finalize these details.
3. Provide
At least 7 days before your launch, share the required data with the Grade Results team, including:
Organization and school details
Student information
Staff and teacher data
This ensures accurate and timely setup of your system.
4. Roster
Based on your selected method:
SIS Sync: Data is automatically synced from your Student Information System (e.g., Clever, ClassLink, PowerSchool)
Manual Setup: Our team assists in creating and configuring user accounts
All users—students, teachers, and administrators—will be set up and ready for access.
5. Launch
Once rostering is complete:
Login details and access instructions will be shared
Users can begin accessing GR LearnPro
Initial guidance will be provided to ensure a smooth start
Ongoing Support
After launch, the Grade Results team will continue to support your educators and administrators with guidance, best practices, and ongoing optimization to ensure successful adoption throughout the school year.
